Cabinet Maintenance
Everyday care of your cabinetry should include wiping up spills as they occur. To clean your cabinets wipe them down with a damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth. For heavier stains like oil and grease use a solution of mild soap and water, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Use the same methods to clean the interior of your cabinets. Never hang a wet dishcloth or towel over your cabinet doors, as the moisture will eventually cause permanent damage to the wood.
To clean the hardware wash with a solution of warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap and dry the area immediately. For heavier soils wash with a soft toothbrush or a cotton swab and remember to wipe dry immediately.
Glass inserts must be cleaned with glass cleaner or a solution of water and vinegar. Never spray the glass directly as this may damage the finish on your cabinets. Spray a cloth or paper towel with the cleaning solution and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
